FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What if my salons already use software?
That's great. We don't expect you to disrupt any salons you work with. We would encourage you to have them look at SalonIQ as it would either give the salon the reassurance that their current system provides what they need or that a new system might save them time and earn more money.
When will I get paid?
At the end of each month, your affiliate commission statement will be generated. You can either choose to accumulate your commission or invoice it straight away. All affiliate invoices will be paid within 15 days of the invoice.
Who can join the Salon Growth Partner Scheme?
We encourage any salon owner, salon coach, salon supplier, or salon influencer to apply to our affiliate program. If your in a business that serves salons, you are likely a great fit for our program.
How will I promote your software?
We welcome a variety of promotion methods to offer you the flexibility to select the approach that best suits you. Word of mouth, emails, blogging, webinars etc. We can also help you promote it to your existing salons.
What constitutes a sale?
When a new customer purchases a subscription using your affiliate link you are tied to this subscription for as long as the subscription is active. It is classed as a sale when the subscription payment is received.
